Tibetan Eye Chart
This Tibetan eye chart has been used for centuries to naturally improve visual weaknesses by providing corrective exercises that stimulate the optic nerves and muscles.
Before you begin, close your eyes and cup them with the palm of each hand to relax them. Some useful exercises: • Rotate your eyes clockwise around the outer circles and then repeat counter-clockwise.
• Move your eyes back and forth between the circles at 2 o’clock and 8 o’clock. Repeat this movement with the circles at 4 o’clock and 10 o’clock.
• Follow the lines of the spokes clockwise and then repeat counter-clockwise.
